摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of infantile febrile seizures (FS). Methods The clinical mani-festations ,auxiliary examination ,treatment and therapeutic effect in 180 cases of children with infantile febrile seizures (simple FS 139 cases ,complex FS 41 cases)were retrospectively analyzed. Results Symptoms of simple FS could be controlled by com-prehensive treatment ,electroencephalogram(EEG)examination showed no abnormality.Based on comprehensive treatment ,an-tiepileptic drugs could control the symptoms of complex FS or reduce the times of seizures ,some of children’s EEG showed ab-normal.Conclusion Simple FS can be controlled by comprehensive treatment ,need not to make EEG examination.Complex FS need to add antiepileptic drug ,and need EEG examination.关键词
