Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the relevant factors of femoral artery sheath made vasovagal reaction after PCI ,and propose the intervention measures .Methods The incidence and interventive measures of 37 cases with vasovagal re-action caused by femoral artery sheath after PCI was collected ,and the reasons after operation were analyzed ,and the inter-ventive measures were summarized .Results After timely nursing and salvage ,the symptoms of 37 patients relieved ,and the patients were cured .Through analysis ,the risk factors of vasovagal reaction caused by femoral artery sheath after PCI included intervention ways ,age ,sex ,excessive compressing hemostasis ,mental stress ,hypovolemia and pain .Conclusion After analy-zing the factors related to vasovagal reaction caused by femoral artery sheath after PCI ,the interventive measures are summa-rized .We not only need to take effective and active nursing measures for causes of disease ,but also need to enhance nursing be-fore operation ,in operation and after operation in order to prevent and reduce the incidence of severe complications .关键词
