Abstract
Objective To study the effects of clinical quality nurse care in patients with severe traumatic brain inju-ry.Methods 82 patients with severe traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into care group (n=41) and control group (n=41) ,the control group received conventional care of severe head trauma ;care group received comprehensive quality care ,in-cluding closely observing the patient's vital signs ,ensuring patients airway to be unobstructed ,brain sylvian cistern drainage tube care ,basic care ,nutritional support ,hibernation therapy ,functional training and psychological and adjuvant therapy.3 months after hospital discharge ,the GOS grading criteria was used to judge the rehabilitation of patients.Results At the end of treat-ment ,the mortality of care group(14.63% ) was significantly lower than that of the control group (43.90% ) ,and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =8.48 ,P<0.05).The recovery of patients in the care group (62.9% ) was significantly better than that of the control group(26.1% ) ,and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =7.52 ,P<0.05);however ,the rates of moderate and severe disability of the care group was not statistically significant from that of the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical comprehensive quality care can significantly reduce mortality of patients with severe traumatic brain in-jury ,and improve the patient's recovery rate ,and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
