摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of lower limb nerve mobilization ,and provide evidence for the treat-ment and researching of sciatica in patients with lumbar disc herniation .Methods 70 patients with sciatica resulted from lum-bar disc herniation were divided into treatment group (n=35) and control group (n=35) in our institution from 2010 to 2013 . The two groups received conventional rehabilitation treatment ,and the treatment group received lower limb nerve mobilization . The score of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Japanese Orthopaedic Association score (JOA score) were observed before and after treatment .Results The score of VAS was significantly lower (P<0 .05) ,and the JOA score was significantly higher (P<0 .05) in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment .Conclusion The lower limb nerve mobilization is ef-fective on sciatica in patients with lumbar disc herniation ,and it is a perfect treatment alternative .关键词
