Abstract
Objective To observation the influence of hypothermia combined with edaravone on the neuro-function of pa-tients with acute ischemic stroke .Methods 86 patients with acute ischemic stroke from December 2012 to August 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group with 43 cases and observation group with 43 cases ,patients in control group were given basic treatment ,and those in observation group were treated by hypothermia combined with edaravone .Then the NIHSS score ,ADL score and the efficacy of two groups were compared .Results After 7 ,14 days of treatment ,the NIHSS scores of observation group were lower than that of control group ,and the ADL scores were higher than that of control group (P<0 .05) .After 14 days of treatment ,the total effective rate of observation group was 88 .37% which was significantly higher than that of control group(69 .77% ) ,and the significant efficiency was higher than control group ,while the inefficiency was lower than control group all P<0 .05 .Conclusion Edaravone combined with hypothermia can effectively improve the neurologi-cal function of patients with acute ischemic stroke ,and improve the efficacy of based treatment programs .关键词
