神经根管减压术治疗腰椎神经根管狭窄症的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of the nerve root canal decompression in the treatment of lumbar nerve root canal stenosis.Methods 30 cases of patients with lumbar nerve root canal stenosis diagnosed in our hospital were operated with nerve root canal decompression.VAS and JOA scores were made before and after the operation of 5 ,15 ,25 months respective-ly.Results after treatment ,VAS score decreased ,the difference was statistically significant compared with that of pre-operation (P<0.05);with time gradually increasing ,VAS decreased significantly ;the differences of each time stage were also statistically significant after operation.Postoperative JOA score increased significantly compared with preoperative JOA score ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) ,there was no significant difference in different time after the operation (P>0.05).The clinical symptoms were obviously improved after 25 months of surgery ,The excellent and good rate was 96.67%.Conclusion nerve root canal treatment is based on mastering the nerve root anatomical features to perform the cone and plate finite fenestra-tion decompression ,it can be effective in the treatment of lumbar nerve root canal stenosis ,and be worth of being popularized in clinics.关键词
