高压氧治疗对颅脑外伤患者认知功能障碍的影响
Influence of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on cognitive impairments of patients with craniocerebral trauma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on cognitive impairment of patients with craniocerebral trauma .Methods Clinical data of 68 patients with cognitive impairment after a craniocerebral trauma from February ,2010 to August ,2012 was retrospectively analyzed ,and randomly divided into two groups ,34 cases in each group . The control group was treated with conventional therapy ,the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen based on the conventional therapy ,the clinical effect and improvement of cognitive function at 8th week after treatment were compared . Results The LOTCA total scores of patients in two groups after treatment for 8 weeks increased significantly than that before treatment (P<0 .05) ,the LOTCA scores of the observation group was greater than that of the control group (t=3 .0546 ,P=0 .0032) ,the difference was statistically significant ;The improvement of all items of the observation group except the "visual movement tissue"were superior to that of the control group ;The cure rate and the total effective rate of the observation group at 8th month were better than those of the control group (χ2 =4 .8700、5 .1000 ,P=0 .0273、0 .0239) .Conclusion Hyperbar-ic oxygen has an important role in the treatment of patients with craniocerebral trauma ,especially it has significant efficacy in improving cognitive dysfunction .关键词
