Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect on the early plastic surgery in elderly patients with nerve injury in burn patients.Methods February 2009 to Oct 2012 ,62 patients in our hospital over deep Ⅱ degree burns combined nerve injury in elderly patients divided into two groups according to the treatment method (early surgery group) 32 cases and the control group (late surgery group ) 30 cases ,the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared ,sensory and motor function recovery and complications of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher ,sensory and motor function re-covery was better than the control group (P<0.05);sensory observation group to improve the situation better than the control group (P<0.05) ,no serious concurrent disease and adverse effects (P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of early plastic surgery in elderly patients with burns and nerve injury is remarkable ,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
