Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Oxiracetam combined with Madopar in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.Methods 45 patients with long-term use of Levodopa and Benserazide Tablet were randomly divided into two groups , 23 cases in the treatment group ,combined with Oxiracetam intravenous infusion ,22 cases in the control group ,with normal saline infusion ,two groups were treated for 28 days. The changes of clinical symptoms and signs in and between groups before and after treatment were observed ,and the therapeutic efficacy was compared.Results The symptoms of resting tremor ,rigid-ity ,less dynamic ,position reflex disorder and non-motor symptoms of the treatment group improved significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05) and compared with those of the control group (P<0.05). Its curative effectiveness was better than that of the control group.Conclusion Oxiracetam combined with Madopar has better curative effectiveness in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.关键词
