Abstract
Objective To study the relationships among the concentration of homocysteinemia and hypersensitive C-reac-tive protein and platelet aggregation rate in the patients of hyperhomocysteinemia .Methods Automatic biochemistry apparatus and platelet fluorescent aggregometer were used to determine the blood concentration of homocysteinemia and hypersensitive C-reactive protein and platelet aggregation rate in the 35 patients of hyperhomocysteinemia and in 33 normal controls .The rele-vance between homocysteinemia and other indicators was analyzed .Results The concentration of hypersensitive C-reactive pro-tein and platelet aggregation rate in the patients of hyperhomocysteinemia were obviously higher than the normal controls (P<0 .05) .The homocysteinemia was associated with C-reactive protein and platelet aggregation rate (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The homocysteinemia is contributed to the increase of C-reactive protein and platelet aggregation rate ,and further encouraged to participate in the activation of platelet .关键词
