摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of evidence-based nursing in rotavirus infection .Methods One hundred cases of rotavirus infection in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group ,the control group received routine nursing care ,the observation group was given evidence-based nursing based on the control group ,and nursing effects were compared between the two groups .Results Diarrhea ,vomiting ,fever time and healing time in the obser-vation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0 .05) .Life quality overall satisfaction ,and cogni-tive satisfaction ,emotional satisfaction score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Evidence-based nursing makes the nursing more targeted ;it can significantly relieve the clinical symp-toms of rotavirus infection and improve the life quality of patients .关键词
