Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nimodipine in treatment of cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods One hundred and seventy-eight patients with cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage collect-ed from May 2009 to July 2013 were selected ,and were randomly divided into two groups ,with 96 cases in the observation group and 82 cases in the control group. GOC scores and modified Rankin’s scores (mRS) were used to estimate the clinical effect of the two groups ,and CTA was reexamined to estimate the remission rate of cerebral vasospasm.Results The effective rate of GCS in the observation group was 87.5% ,which was significantly higher than 63.4% in the control group (P<0.05 ).The good effect rate of mRS in the observation group and the control group was 89.6% and 70.7% ,respectively ,with a sig-nificant difference (P<0.05). And the remission rate of CVS after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Nimodipine can significantly relieve the symptoms of CVS after SAH , and increase the survival rate and improve the living quality of patients.关键词
