摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical nursing to the application of catheterization of deep vein in brain tumor.Methods Totally 162 patients with brain tumor treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups ,one group applied routine nursing ;the other was given by comprehensive nursing. The catheter success rate ,complications and in-dwelling time ,and patients’ satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The incident rates of catheter occlusion of deep vein ,infections and loose in comprehensive nursing group were lower than those in the routine nursing group ;and the pa-tients’ satisfaction of comprehensive nursing group was higher than that of routine nursing group.Conclusion Scientific ,hu-manly clinical comprehensive nursing is important to increasing the success rate of cure brain tumor by catheterization of deep vein and reducing the complications ,and can improve the effect.关键词
