摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of nimodipine on cognitive function and cerebral blood flow in elderly pa-tients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency (CCCI) .Methods Sixty elderly patients with CCCI were randomly divided into two groups ,the control group was treated with conventional therapy ,and the observation group was treated with nimodip-ine tablets based on conventional therapy ,the cognitive function and cerebral blood flow changes were compared before and af-ter treatment .Results After treatment ,the MMSE and MoCA scores in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment ,and were significantly better than those of the control group ,the differences were statis-tically significant (P<0.05);MCA Vs ,MCA Vm of the bilateral middle cerebral artery were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05) ,and PI was more obviously decreased than that before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion The ni-modipine treatment in CCCI can dilate cerebral blood vessels ,and improve cerebral blood flow and cognitive function ,and it is safe.关键词
