摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of continuous infusion of nimodipine in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage .Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital during October 2012 to May 2013 were selected as research subjects ,and randomly divided into two groups ,60 cases in each group .The control group was given conventional therapy ;the experimental group was used with the continuous infusion of nimodipine based on the conventional treatment .The clinical recovery was observed after treatment for 20 days .Re-sults The total effective rate of the treatment group were 100 .00% ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (73 .33% ) .It was statistically significant (P<0 .05) ,the incidence of adverse reactions of treatment group (8 .33% ) had no significant differences from that of the control group (10 .00% ,P>0 .05) .Conclusion The continuous infusion of ni-modipine in the treatment for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has significant clinical efficacy ,it can alleviate serious illness of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage ,with less clinical adverse reactions ,it is a safe and effective method which isworth of wide application in clinic .关键词
