摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the comprehensive evaluation of mother's gestational diabetes impact on newborn's neu-robehavioral development .Methods Fifty cases of newborn were randomly selected which were given birth by gestational dia-betes mothers as observation group ,and also 50 cases of normal delivered full-term babies were selected with no significant con-genital diseases as control group .Newborn babies of two groups took nerve (NBNA) ,at the same time tested results and datashould be analyzed ,so as to provide a conclusion .Results The newborn neurobehavioral tests ,including the determination of active muscle tone and behavior ability ,determination of passive muscle tension ,primitive reflex ,and the general state .Obser-vation group was lower than control group obviously in the capacity and the main and passive muscle tension (P<0 .05) ,while there was no difference for the rest tests between the two groups (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Gestational diabetes has great influ-ence on the development of behavior ability and master ,passive muscle tension of newborn baby .Therefore ,in order to main-tain baby health ,early intervention should get enough attention .关键词
