118例青年脑卒中危险因素临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the risk factors of young patients with stroke ,and to provide strong evidence of primary and secondary prevention for ischemic stroke in youth .Methods All young patients with stroke were studied in department of neurology of the Fenggang Hospital from January 2007 to January 2013 ,known risk factors were comparatively analyzed .Re-sults The young adult group accounted for 11 .21% of stroke patients of all ages ,64 .41% of acute stroke young patients were male ,35 .59% of acute young stroke patients were female .The main risk factors of cerebral stroke in young adults were hyper-tension ,high level of Hcy ,smoking ,drinking ,hyperlipemia .Conclusion The data showed risk factors of stroke in young people are hypertension ,high level of Hcy ,smoking ,drinking ,hyperlipemia .It has great significance to prevent cerebral stroke or decrease the incidence of it if the risk factors can be early prevented and controlled .关键词
