摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing path in patients with severe pregnancy-induced hy-pertension syndrome.Methods From June 2013 to February 2014 ,116 cases of severe pregnancy induced hypertension patients delivery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group ,each group of 58 cases ,control group was given only routine care ,the experimental group was treated by clinical nursing path based on the routine care. The mode of delivery ,neonatal body mass ,Apgar score ,nursing effect and the change of blood pressure of the two groups were observed.Results The rate of vaginal delivery ,neonatal birth weight and Apgar score in patients of the experimental group were signifi-cantly higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05);and the nursing effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group ,diastolic and systolic blood pressure was significantly lower than that of the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension ,clinical care path could improve the quality of nursing care and the rate of vaginal delivery ,low the birth rate of low birth weight infant ,Apgar score increased sig-nificantly ,and effective control of the blood pressure level ,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
