摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the anesthesia effect of remifentanil combined with propofol on cerebral aneurysm clamping surgery.Methods 60 patients with cerebral aneurysm were divided into two groups,including observation group of 30 cases with remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia and control group of 30 patients with fentanyl combined with propofol anesthesia.Results After induction,the indications of HR and MAP for two groups were lower than that at baseline (P<0.05),and return to baseline level in 1min after intubation (P>0.05),HR of control group was greater than the baseline value from the head frame fixed to the time of dura closed,and larger than that of remifentanil group (P<0.05);from the time of skin incision to j ust the time after extubation,MAP of control group was greater than the baseline value,and was larger than that of the remifentanil group (P<0.05),spontaneously breathing recovery time,extubation time,respiratory,eye opening, and postoperative Steward scores in observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Remifentanil combined with propofol in cerebral aneurysm clamping surgery has better hemodynamic stability,and it is worth of clinical application.关键词
