Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine and cysteine proteinase inhibitor C and the onset and developing process of stroke,and the relationship between them and traditional risk factors of stroke.Methods 77 cases of patients with stroke from May 2011 to June 2013 in our hospital were Selected,including hemorrhagic stroke (cere-bral hemorrhage)38 cases,ischemic stroke (cerebral infarction)39 cases,and the same age healthy people 77 cases as control group.the serum levels of Hcy,Cys C,SCr,UA,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C of the two groups were detected,and the corre-lation among the relevant indices was analyzed,and on the basis of neural function in the United States National Institutes of health damage score (NIHSS)of neural function defect score of 77 stroke patients in control groups.Results comparing with the control group,Hcy,Cys C,SCr,UA,TC,TG of the observation were significantly increased(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in HDL-C levels of the two groups(P>0.05).HCY was positively correlated with Cys C,SCr,UA.Cys C was positively correlated with SCr and UA (P<0.05);HCY were not correlated with TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C and NIHSS, Cys C were not correlated with TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C and NIHSS.(P>0.05).Conclusion Hcy,Cys C as risk factors of stroke patients are independent of lipid,indices of nerve function injury,combined detection of HCY,Cys C,SCr,UA and other indicators may be effectively instrumental to the diagnosis of stroke.关键词
