摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of preoperative hyperbaric oxygen preconditioning on recovery of neurological function in patients with cervical disease ,in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and therapy. Methods From February 2011 to February 2013 ,90 cases of cervical disease were divided into two groups ,the control group received routine preoperative treatment ,the observation group received hyperbaric oxygen pretreatment on basis of the control group ,the situation of the re-covery of neurological function was observed after treatment. Results There were no differences in JOA score ,N1 ,P1 wave and the score of neurological function of the two groups of patients at the time admitted to hospital and preoperation (P>0.05) ,but after treatment of 3d ,a month ,six months ,there were significant differences in the JOA score ,N1 ,P1 wave and the recovery of neurological function (P<0.05). Conclusion Preoperative hyperbaric oxygen preconditioning on cervical dis-ease helps recovery of neurological function.关键词
