摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of anxiety and depression on the control of blood pressure in patients with primary hypertension. Methods Patients with Initially diagnosed primary hypertension were divided into group A (pure hypertension ,n=71) and group B (Hypertension combined with anxiety and depression ,n=51). Blood pressure and the con-trol rate were measured after treatment with Levoamlodipine for 8 weeks. Results Before treatment ,the mean systolic and di-astolic blood pressure of group A were(163.9 ± 10.5)mmHg and(98.4 ± 6.2)mmHg ;after treatment ,the mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure was respectively (139.6 ± 8.1)mmHg and(84.3 ± 5.7)mmHg after treatment for 8 weeks(P<0.01). while before treatment ,the pressures of group B were(166.3 ± 10.9)mmHg and (99.6 ± 6.9)mmHg respectively ;after treat-ment ,they were (149.6 ± 9.1)mmHg and (89.3 ± 6.7)mmHg ,respectively. The control rate was 84% and 62% in group A and B.Conclusion Comorbidity of anxiety and depression has adverse impact on the control of blood pressure in patients with initially diagnosed primary hypertension.关键词
