Abstract
Objective To study the effects of edaravone on the inflammatory cytokines and nerve function of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Sixty-eight cases with cerebral hemorrhage from March 2011 to March 2013 in our hospi-tal were studied and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group ,the control group were used with con-ventional dehydration drugs ,antibiotics ,the experimental group received edaravone based on the use of conventional thera-py.Results Before and after treatment ,comparative analysis of inflammatory cytokines of IL-1 ,IL-6 ,IL-8 and TNF-αlevels in patients of the two groups showed that on treatment of 7d ,14d ,the levels of IL-1 ,IL-6 ,IL-8 and TNF-αin patients of the two groups were significantly different ,the levels of IL-1 ,IL-6 ,IL-8 and TNF-α in patients of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P< 0.05).And the NIHSS scores were used to analyze the neurological damage of the two groups ,the result showed that after treatment of 7d ,14d ,the NIHSS scores of the experimental group score was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment of 7d ,14d ,ADL score of the experimental group was signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).After treatment ,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and found that the total efficiency of experimental group (97.1% ) was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.5% ) ,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =14.2178 ,P=0.0026).Conclusion Edaravone treatment for cerebral hemorrhage has a significant effectiveness and can significantly improve the patient's inflammatory cytokine levels.关键词
