Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression levels of LGR5D and ERCC1 in tumor tissues on the prognosis of pa-tients with glioma .Methods 164 cases of patients with glioma were divided into the observation group (n=82 ,glioma resec-tion) and the control group (n=82 ,received the acute brain injury combined with decompression resection ) .The expression levels of LGR5D and ERCC1 in tumor tissues were tested by immunohistochemical detection ,and the tumor diameter ,Ki6 vol-ume and tumor staging were also evaluated .The relationship between the LGR5D and ERCC1 expression and the postoperative quality of life were estimated .Results The expression levels of LGR5D and ERCC1 in the observation group were higher than these in the control group .In patients with tumor diameter>2cm ,Ki67>25% and tumor staging in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ ,there was higher expression levels of LGR5D and ERCC1 .There was the negative correlation between the expression levels of LGR 5D and ERCC1 and the life quality of patient .Conclusion The expression levels of LGR5D and ERCC1 in tumor tissues can accu-rately estimate the prognosis of patients with glioma.关键词
