摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of ganglioside plus edaravone combined with hyperbaric oxygen treating patients with delayed encephalopathy caused by carbon monoxide poisoning .Methods 120 patients with delayed en-cephalopathy caused by carbon monoxide poisoning in our hospital from September 2011 to June 2013 were divided into the con-trol group and the observation group .Patients in the control group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen ,high-flow oxygen , cerebral edema and brain cell nutrition .Patients in the observation group were treated with ganglioside plus edaravone combined with above supporting treatment .The total effective rate of two groups were compared .Results The total effective rate was 95 .0% in the observation group and 80 .0 % in the control group ,which had statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion There is a significantly curative effect of ganglioside plus edaravone combined with hyperbaric oxygen treating patients with de-layed encephalopathy caused by carbon monoxide poisoning .关键词
