尼莫地平对高血压脑出血患者围术期血流动力学的影响

Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of nimodipine on haemodynamics in the perio-perative period of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage .Methods 88 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2012 were randomly divided into the treatment group (treated with nimodipine) and the control group (treated with urapidil) .The perioperative period haemodynamics of two groups were compared .Results 3d after opera-tion ,the average blood flow and average blood velocity in the treatment group were higher than these in the control group ,and the peripheral resistance and critical pressure in the treatment group were lower than these in the control group .Conclusion Nimodipine can increase the average blood flow and velocity and decrease the peripheral resistance and critical pressure to pa-tients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage .关键词
