Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of optic nerve lesion in patients with acute cranio-cerebral trauma .Methods 23 cases of optic nerve lesion in patients with acute craniocerebral trauma were divided into treat-ment group (n=12) and control group (n=11) according to admission order in our hospital from 2012 January to 2012 Au-gust .The control group was treated with conventional medicine treatment ,and the treatment group was treated with transcra-nial optic canal decompression .The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of two groups were observed .Results The clinical effect of treatment group was superior to that of control group ,which had a significant difference (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Transcranial optic nerve decompression can effectively treat the optic nerve lesion in patients with acute craniocerebral trauma and is worthy of clinical application .关键词
