Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the negative emotion and condition of severe patients with abdominal distension in ICU.Methods 94 severe patients with abdominal distension in ICU in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group (treated with comprehensive nursing intervention ) and the con-trol group (treated with common nursing intervention ) ,and then the nursing effects of two groups were evaluated .Results The abdominal distension duration ,frequency of bowel sounds ,anxiety self -assessment scale scores and depression self rating scale score in the observation group were more than these in the control group. The incidence of abdominal distension related complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interven-tion can effectively shorten the abdominal distension time ,increase the degree of active bowel sounds ,reduce the patients'nega-tive mood and relieve the negative emotion in ICU .关键词
