Abstract
Objective To assess the effect of nicergolent on migraine and neuropsychological factors. Methods 138 pa-tients with migraine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given nicergo-lent ,10 mg ,three times a/d ,oral ,at the same time ,if pain occurs ,diclofenac sodium was given ,50 mg ,12 h/time;the con-trol group only in the attack was given oral diclofenac sodium. 16 PF was used to evaluate all the patients in the beginning. Be-fore treatment ,after treatment for two weeks and eight weeks ,HAMA and HAMD were used to evaluate all the patients ,and pain index was detected.Results 16PF evaluation showed that in migraine patients ,bullying ,sensitivity ,vigilance ,fantasy , anxiety ,self -discipline ,tension factor points were higher than those of the normal people norm ;the difference was statistical-ly significant (P<0.05). The curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). On the 8th weekend of treatment ,HAMD ,HAMA scores of the treatment group was sig-nificantly different from those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion nicergolent and combined use of diclofenac sodium in the episodes of migraine increased the efficacy of migraine patients ,and improved the anxiety and depression of patients with migraine.关键词
