摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical significance of oxcarbazepine combined with nerve block on trigeminal neural-gia .Methods 94 patients with trigeminal neuralgia treated in our hospital from February 2011 to September 2013 were selected as the subject .According to the random number table ,94 patients were randomly divided into control group (n=47) and treat-ment group (n=47) .Control group was given oxcarbazepine ;treatment group was given oxcarbazepine and nerve block treat-ment .The general information of two groups of patients had no significant difference (P>0 .05) .Results After treatment for 1d ,3 weeks ,6 weeks ,NRS scores were significantly lower than those of the control group ,and there was significant differ-ence (P<0 .05);After treatment ,the total effective rate (91 .49% ) of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(78 .72% ) ,there was a significant difference ;after treatment ,the adverse reactions of treatment group were significantly fewer than those of the control group ,and there was a significant difference (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The ef-fectiveness of oxcarbazepine combined with nerve block on primary trigeminal neuralgia is significant ,and adverse reactions are fewer ,and it has the value of clinical application .关键词
