摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of BYHWT in patients with cerebral infarction .Methods 120 patients with cerebral infarction were included into the study ,60 patients in observation group were treated with BYHWT on the basis of control group ,while the control group of 60 patients was treated with conventional therapy measures .Results Af-ter treatment ,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96 .67% and the total effective rate of the control group was 80 .00% ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0 .05) ,and the related indicators of blood rhe-ology in observation group showed a significant improvement compared with those of the control group ,the difference was sta-tistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion BYHWT in patients with cerebral infarction has a very significant effectiveness ;it can effectively alleviate abnormal blood rheology with a very important clinical value .关键词
