Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of cinepazide maleate in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influence on hemorheology.Methods From Dec.2009 to Dec.2012 ,133 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into treatment group of 68 cases and control group of 65 cases.Patients in the two groups were given conventional treatment ,treatment group was given cinepazide maleate injection by adding 500 mL 320 mg intrave-nous infusion in 0.9% sodium chloride injection intravenous infusion based on the control group ,once a day ,a total of 14 days.Improved Edinburgh-sikan via scale (SSS) and activity of daily living (ADL) scale were used to evaluate the curative effect in patients with 2 groups. The changes of hemorrheological indexes in 2 groups of patients before and after treatment were compared. Results In treatment group ,the SSS and ADL scores were statistically significant compared with the control group 7 d ,14 d after treatment(P<0.05).The SSS score and ADL score in treatment group had statistically significant differ-ences compared those before treatment (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the two groups after treatment was statistically different(P<0.05).Blood rheology in treatment group after treatment had improved significantly than before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Cinepazide maleate injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction was safe and effective ,and can signifi-cantly improve the patient's blood rheology.关键词
