Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of escitalopram oxalate combined with psychological therapy on the depression of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 96 depression patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were di-vided into the treatment group (n=52 ,treated with escitalopram oxalate combined with psychological therapy ) and the control group (n=44 ,treated with placebo combined with psychological therapy ).The curative time of two groups was 8 weeks for a course of treatment ,and then the curative effect of two groups was compared .Results The HAMD ,NIHSS and BI scores of two groups had no significant difference before treatment , but the curative effect of two groups after treatment was im-proved.The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group (χ2 =8 .025 ,P=0 .027) ,which had a statistical significance.Conclusion Escitalopram oxalate combined with psychological therapy have significant curative effect on treating depression of patients with cerebral infarction ,which is worth of application .关键词
