Abstract
Objective To investigate the prediction model and influencing factors of daily living ability of patients with Parkinson .Methods The factors influencing the daily living ability (ADL) of patients with Parkinson were confirmed by single factor analysis and multiple factor analysis methods ,and the prediction model effect was evaluated by the sample back and cut-ting method for the model .Results The age ,education level ,depression ,anxiety ,sleep disorders and ADL score on admis-sion were main factors affecting the daily living ability of patients with Parkinson .The multi factor Logistic regression analysis found that the fitting regression equation was Logit (Y) = -1·161+0·637 aged-0·869 high education level +0·794 depres-sion +0·694 anxiety +0·636 sleep disorder +0·982· Conclusion The ADL progress of PD patients is affected by many fac-tors ,and the Logistic regression model can predict the progress of ADL.关键词
