摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) transplantation combined with hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on treating patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage (HCH)· Methods 102 patients with HCH were randomly divided into control group (treated with HBO therapy) and treatment group (treated with BMSCs plus HBO therapy) .The neurological function impairment of two groups were compared by the National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS) ,activities of daily living(Barthel index) ,Glasgow out-come scale(GOS) and Karnofsky performance scale(KPS) before and after 6 months treatment .Results Compared with control group ,there were lower NIHSS score and higher Barthel index in the treatment group and the GOS and KPS score of treatment group were better than these of control group .Conclusion Autologous BMSCs transplantation combined with HBO can promote the rehabilitation of neurologi-cal function and improve the living quality of patients with HCH .关键词
