摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and complications of paliperidone extended-release tablets and aripiprazole on treating psychiatric patients·Methods 76 psychiatric patients in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2012 were random-ly divided into the group A (treated with paliperidone extended-release tablets) and group B (treated with aripiprazole)· The curative effect and complications of two groups were compared·Results The total effective rate and complications incidence were 92 .1% and 7 .9% in group A ,89 .5% and 44 .7% in group B ,respectively· The PSP and PANSS scores between two groups 1 and 2 months after treatment had statistical difference·Conclusion Paliperidone extended-release tablets and aripi-prazole have similar effect on treating psychiatric patients· However ,patients treated with paliperidone extended-release tablets have less complication than patients treated by aripiprazole ,which is worthy of application .关键词
