87例重症颅脑外伤患者急诊救治临床效果分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effects of the emergency treatment for the patients with severe traumatic brain injury .Methods 174 patients with severe traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into the control group (n=87 , treated with conventional emergency treatment) and observation group (n=87 ,treated with comprehensive emergency treat-ment) .The Vm ,PI and RI changes and prognosis of two groups before treatment and 3 ,7 d after treatment were compared . Results The Vm and PI of observation group were higher than these of control group ,but RI was lower than that of control group 3 and 7 d after treatment ;the survival rate and ADL Ⅰ and Ⅱ classification of observation group were higher than these of control group ,but ADL Ⅳ classification was lower than that of control group 3 months after treatment .Conclusion Com-prehensive emergency treatment can effectively improve the survival rate and the prognosis of patients with severe traumatic brain injury .关键词
