Abstract
Objective To investigate the instruction value of early-stage CT dynamic monitoring for operation opportunity selection of patients with acute cerebral injury·Methods 98 patients with acute cerebral injury admitted in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were randomly divided into the observation group (n=50) and control group (n=48)· CT dy-namic monitoring method was applied to find out delayed hematoma and then received operation in the observation group· The control group immediately received operation after CT detection· The clinical curative effect and complications of two groups af-ter operation were compared·Results Compared with the control group ,there were higher survival rate and lower complica-tions in the observation group ,which had astatistical significance (P<0·05)·Conclusion Early-stage CT dynamic monitoring provides important basis for operation opportunity selection of patients with acute cerebral injury ,which is worthy of applica-t ion.关键词
