Abstract
Objective To investigate the anxiety condition and drug intervention effect of patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV)· Methods 78 patients with BPPV were divided into the conventional therapy group and anti-anxiety drug intervention group and were evaluated and compared by Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)before and 1 month after the treatment· Results 78 patients with BPPV had 51 cases of anxiety ;the anxiety degree of BPPV patients with woman ,elderly people ,higher degree of education was higher than these with man ,young and middle-age ,lower degree of education;the anxi-ety degree of 51 BPPV patients was decreased after 1 month treatment ,especially in the anti-anxiety drug intervention group· Conclusion Most of patients with BPPV have anxiety ,and reasonable drug intervention can effectively improve the anxiety de-gree of BPPV patients.关键词
