Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and prognosis of patients with diabetes combined with acute cerebral infarction .Methods Stroke patients were divided into the acute cerebral infarction combined with diabetes group (n=128) and acute cerebral infarction combined without diabetes group (n=234) .The age ,gender composition ,disease time ,im-provement rate of neurological impairment and mortality in hospital between two groups were analyzed .Results The hospital mortality of acute cerebral infarction combined with diabetes group was higher than that of acute cerebral infarction combined without diabetes group ,but the improvement rate of neurological impairment of two groups were significantly improved ,espe-cially in the acute cerebral infarction combined without diabetes group .Conclusion The hospital mortality ,improvement rate of neurological impairment and prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction combined with diabetes are worse than these of patients with acute cerebral infarction combined without diabetes .关键词
