新诊断的成人非症状性癫痫体液免疫变化及意义
Clinical significance of changes on serum humoral immune in newly diagnosed adult patients with non-symp-tomatic epilepsy

Abstract
Objective To explore the role of humoral immune in newly diagnosed adult patients with non-symptomatic epi-lepsy in pathogeny.Methods The serum levels of IgA, IgG, IgM, C3, C4 were determined by latex-enhanced immunoturbi-dimetry assay in 56 newly diagnosed adult patients with non-symptomatic epilepsy as trials group and 141 healthy as normal controls group. Results The serum IgA concentrations in trials group[(2.21 ± 1.14)g/L]were significantly lower compared to those in normal control group[(2.32 ± 0.75)mg/L] (F=9.76, P<0.01), However, there was no signficant difference in the level of serum IgG, IgM, C3, C4 between trials and controls group (P>0.05) .In trials group, there was no signficant differ-ence in the level of serum IgA between two groups according to the sex of patients, the pathogeny of epilepsy and the types of seizure(P>0.05).Conclusion It is concluded that the decrease of IgA may be the hopeful biomarker in the diagnosis of non-symptomatic epilepsy, which probobly takes part in the physiopathological course in epilepsy. It is suggested that it will be helpful to research new drugs for the treatment of epilepsy patients.关键词
