脑静脉系统血栓形成典型病例临床分析
Clinical analysis of cerebral venous system thrombosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the cerebral venous system thrombosis (CVT ). Methods The data of patients with CVT were analyzed. Results Patients with CVT had the following symptoms :the progressive headache ,nausea and vomiting , and increased intracranial pressure with epilepsy ,with or without focal neurological deficits. The imaging examination showed that there were superior sagittal sinus thrombosis ,transverse sinus ,sigmoid sinus and transverse sinus thrombosis ,which were obviously improved by the dehydration ,anticoagulation and thrombolysis therapy. Conclusion Early cerebral venous si-nus thrombosis has non-specific symptoms and is definitely diagnosed by head CT combined with CTV examination.关键词
