Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of sensory integration training on the intelligence rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 96 children with cerebral palsy treated in our hospital from February 2010 to April 2013 were randomly divided into the control group (n=48 ,treated with conventional drug and exercise therapy ) and treatment group (n=48 ,treated with conventional drug and exercise therapy plus sensory integration training ). The intelligence rehabili-tation effect of two groups after treatment for 6 months was compared.Results IQ and DQ value of two groups before treat-ment had no evident difference ,but improved 6 months after treatment ,especially in the treatment group. The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group (χ2 = 8.024 ,P= 0.037 ) , which had statistical signifi-cance.Conclusion Sensory integration training can evidently improve the intelligence level of children with cerebral palsy , which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
