摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of venlafaxin plus cognitive behavior on treating patients with par-kinson's disease combined with depression. Methods 80 patients with parkinson's disease combined with depression were ran-domly divided into the control group (n=40 ,treated with venlafaxin ) and observation group (n=40 ,treated with venlafaxin plus cognitive behavior). The curative effect and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results The HAMD and PDQ-39 of observation group were better than these of control group (P< 0.05 or P< 0.01) ,but there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Venlafaxin plus cognitive be-havior has better curative effect on treating patients with parkinson's disease combined with depression ,which is worthy of clin-ical application.关键词
