摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of preoperative hyperbaric oxygen preconditioning on the neurological function recovery of patients with cervical vertebra disease. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2013 were randomly divided into the control group (n=80 ,treated without hyperbaric oxygen preconditioning ) and observation group (n=80 ,treated with hyperbaric oxygen preconditioning ).The Japanese Orthopaedic Association score (JOA) ,ulnar nerve somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) N1 ,postoperative im-provement rate and P1 wave of two groups on admission ,before operation ,3d and 6 months after operation were com-pared.Results The JOA score between two groups had no significant difference on admission and 1d before operation ;the JOA score and improvement rate of observation group were better than these of control group 3d and 6 months after operation ;the P1 and N1 wave between two groups had significant difference 3d and 6 months after operation. Conclusion Preoperative hy-perbaric oxygen preconditioning can effectively improve the the neurological function recovery of patients with cervical spondy-lotic myelopathy ,which is worthy of application.关键词
