Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between C‐reactive protein and neurological deficits and prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 180 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were considered as test group ,and 180 healthy persons were selected as control group. The serum CRP level of two groups were detected by rate nephelometry method 1d ,3d ,1week and 2week after acute cerebral infarction attack to ana‐lyze the correlation between neurologic function impairment and prognosis.Results The serum CRP level of test group was sig‐nificantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05) at the same time ,and there was positive correlation between CRP level and neurologic function defect. The serum CRP level of patients with acute cerebral infarction was positive correlation with in‐farction volume. There were 127 cases of good recovery and 53 cases of poor recovery. The Barthel index score of patients with good recovery was higher than that of patients with poor recovery.Conclusion The serum level of CRP is important in the early diagnosis ,disease assessment and prognosis evaluation of patients with acute cerebral infarction ,which is worthy of clinical ap‐plication.关键词
