摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety of bisoprolol on treating patients with essential hyper‐tension.Methods 110 light and moderate patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into control group (n=55 ,treated with acid levamlodipine ) and observation group (n=55 ,treated with bisoprolol).6 months after treatment ,the clini‐cal efficacy ,systolic blood pressure ,diastolic blood pressure ,heart rate ,left ventricular function ,glucose and lipid levels ,and ad‐verse reactions of two groups were observed and compared.Results The clinical efficacy ,blood pressure ,heart rate and left ventricular function of observation group were better than these of control group ,which had significant difference (P<0.05);Compared with before treatment ,there were no significant difference in blood glucose and lipids ,adverse reactions incidence be‐tween two groups 6 months after treatment.Conclusion Bisoprolol has better curative effect and higher safety ,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
