摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of perioperative blood rheology of elderly patients with brain tumors cra‐niotomy.Methods The blood rheology indexes of 30 elderly patients with brain tumors 1d before surgery and 1d ,3d and 7d af‐ter surgery were detected. These indexes were erythrocyte aggregation index and the K value of ESR ,plasma viscosity ,whole blood viscosity (low cut ,middle cut and high cut) ,whole blood reduced viscosity (low cut ,middle cut and high‐cut).Results The above indexes showed a decreasing trend after the first rise ,and reached peak at 1d after post‐operation. There was a sta‐tistical difference between 3d after surgery and 1 d after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The changes characteristics of periop‐erative blood rheology of elderly patients with brain tumors craniotomy are a decreasing trend after the first rise ,and reach peak at 1d after post‐operation.关键词
