63例难治性高血压的病因分析和治疗策略
Analysis of etiology and treatment strategy for 63 patients with refractory hypertension

Abstract
Objective To analyze the etiology of refractory hypertension ,and discuss the treatment method of refractory hypertension ,and provide help for correct diagnosis and effective treatment of refractory hypertension.Methods One hundred and thirty‐one cases of hypertension patients who were enrolled for health check and outpatient service were chose as the object of study in our hospital.According to the diagnostic criteria of hypertension ,the research objects were divided into refractory hypertension group (63 cases) and non refractory hypertension group (68 cases);the clinical data were compared and retro‐spectively analyzed between the two groupsResults The complications in RH group significantly more than in non RH group ;TC ,TG ,LDL‐C ,HDL‐C were compared between the two groups ,with no significant difference (P>0.05);but FPG ,BMI had statistically significant differences between two groups.Conclusion Refractory hypertension has the characteristics of mul‐tiple complications and complex etiology.In order to make the blood pressure control in the ideal level ,we must combine with the cause ,taking the comprehensive measures through combining antihypertensive and long term intervention on life style and health education and follow‐up.关键词
