The estimated value of ABCD 2 score on the severe stroke after transient ischemic attack

Abstract
Objective To investigate the estimated value of ABCD2 score on the severe stroke after transient ischemic at‐tack.Methods 96 cerebral infarction patients with TIA history were divided into the low‐risk group (0~3 points) ,medium‐risk group (4~5 points) and high‐risk group (6~7 points) according ABCD2 score. The neurologic deficit score (NIHSS) of three groups were compared.Results There were no statistical difference in NIHSS among three groups (P>0.05).Conclusion ABCD2 score can assess the condition of TIA patients ,and there is no correlation between the score and the neurologic deficit of patients with cerebral infarction.关键词
